Imprinting: All pricing includes a one color, one location
imprint. Screen charges are additional and are quoted under item price
box. Product Colors: Due to catalog press run variances, item colors
depicted in this book may vary slightly from actual product. Additional
Imprints/Color: There is a $0.25(V) per piece running charge for each
additional color or location plus any additional screen charges. All
fabric bags and pouches are $0.45(V) 2-4, $0.65(V) 4-6, $0.85(V) 6
+. Repeat Orders: Set-up charge is one-half of published screen charge.
A new screen is needed if one year has elapsed since last order. Artwork
altered in any way is not a repeat.
Less Than Minimum: $45(V) Absolute minimum is half of first
column quantity. Custom kits and filled practical pacs (#565A) minimum
is 100. Fabric item minimum is 75. Ink Charges: Change of ink during run
is $15(V). Metallic gold or silver require quotation based on imprint
size.
PMS Color Matching: $35(V) Exact match not guaranteed due to
material variations. No charge for standard colors: Black, White,
Red(185), Process Blue, Reflex Blue, Navy Blue(280), Green(355), Process
Yellow, Orange(165), and Violet C and Athletic Gold.
Proofs/Spec Samples: Finished product proof $60(Z) plus cost of
item. Screen and set-up charges still apply to full order. Paper Proof
$5(Z). No charge if factory typesets. Proof approvals must be in writing.
Production Time: We will gear our production schedule to meet
your in hands date. Standard time is 5 to 7 days from approval of
artwork. Production time does not include shipping.
Rush Orders: Charge, if any, depends on production availability
and is based on total number of imprints. Average charge is $45(V) per
300 imprints or partial. Fabric items may be billed at 15% of order.
F.O.B.: Factory in Michigan, except fabric bags, pouches, cases,
F.O.B. California.
Post Office Shipments: $25(Z) handling fee. C.O.D. shipments not
available.
Packing Slips: Orders are shipped blind. Your pack slip included,
if provided. Factory pack slip $5(Z)
